I would like to express my deepest condolences to your family for the untimely passing of Chayee. I was a former school mate of hers in St. Paul and I have fond memories of her, her bright smile, her laughter and her pleasant disposition. She was a good friend to all who knew her. I am blessed to have known her. My prayers are with you, her family, at this difficult time.

I remember Chayee as a sweet and helpful classmate in HS. Though I never had the opportunity to be very close to her or get to know her better, our encounters and interactions, despite being few and far between, were always pleasant and cheerful. To her beloved husband and four children, and her parents and other relatives, I pray you take comfort in the fact that she has been released from pain, and is now Home in the Loving Arms of her Creator---in a beautiful and perfect place where she watches over you until you join her in that Special Place in Eternity.
Sincerely

I am sorry to hear about Chayee's passing away. Although I was not able to join you guys at the reunion, I still do have some memories of Chayee of 25 years ago. I remember her as funny in her own shy way, was always approachable and always had a ready smile on her face. I would like to remember her that way – despite the painful experience that she has had to endure the past few days before she left us. Please send my condolences to her family.

Dear Eric:
I would like to express my sincere condolences on the recent passing of your wife, Chayee. My husband, Ralph and the kids also send their thoughts and prayers to you and your family at this difficult time. Although I didn't know Chayee that well, on the half dozen or so occasions that I've spoken to her, I did come to realize her kindness and pleasant demeanor. Even though I am thousands of miles away, please know that I will keep you in my prayers so God will give you courage for it is now your turn to carry the torch and make your children proud. It is very important to keep faith……. Please pass my deepest sympathies on to your children, and the rest of the family. -

My deepest condolences to Chayee's husband, kids and loved ones! I had the pleasure of meeting her father and brothers many moons ago so my thoughts and prayers extend to them as well. My memories of Chayee are still very vivid despite not being in touch with her for a while. I remember her giving personality, her vitality and her "trying to be timid" laughter. Let it be known, that Chayee has indeed touched a lot of lives. She has made a difference to those who knew and love her. May her soul find eternal peace and perpetual light shine upon her!
Sincerely,

To Chayee's family - her husband and kids,
Our deepest sympathies. There is probably nothing I can say to ease the pain of her loss but I hope that the thought of all these people, who love her and care for her, are praying for her will somehow provide comfort. If there is anything at all that we may be able to do, please let us know.
Sincerely,

Dear Eric and children,
I am deeply saddened when I received the news of Chayee's passing. Nothing anyone can say will ease the pain of your loss. I have lost a very good friend - and that hurts very much. I cannot imagine the grief you are experiencing with the loss of your wife and mother to your children. Chayee and your family will be in my prayers. Be strong for yourself and children. Take care.
Love and Prayers,
Cecile Bernales-Da Jose
PS: I met you once when my husband, Joseph, and I went home to the Phil. in 1991. I may have been gone a long time but when I saw Chayee and my other friends, it was like the miles and years between us never existed. Again, take care .

On behalf of my family, we would like to extend our deepest condolences to the family that Chayee had left behind. I'm glad that I had the chance to talk to Chayee last January, during our homecoming reunion. Chayee was a very strong woman. In spite of all the pains she was going through, she still kept her composure. You could hardly tell that she was sick; she still had that pretty smile she's always had.
She will surely be missed by all of us.
We love you, Chayee...
Rest in Peace now.

I am deeply sad to hear that Chayee had passed on, I remember sending her an e-mail last year to re-kindle our friendship. We never got the chance to be friends in high-school, however after college, when we were both working as medical representatives, our paths crossed and we started a wonderful friendship. I was able to meet Eric, her boyfiend back then, who's so kind and patient. I was so blessed that both of them had been part of my wedding. Chayee had been a very good friend to me and I want her children and the rest of her family to know that I really appreciated her friendship, even if we were no longer in contact. My prayers are with Eric and their kids, that they will have the strength and courage to go through life even if Chayee is no longer with them. I will always remember her as a funny and a loving friend.

Chayee's last few years may have been endless days in pain, but all that was just physical pain.
I'm sure her heart was aglow in love, for Eric and her children. So much love bursting out of every ventricle of every crevice in her heart that now that she's gone, that love is all around your home, all around your being, embracing you in every waking moment of your lives...
She will never leave you now, for she is now your own personal Angel. When your hearts are in pain, she will fill that emptiness with warmth. When in days of darkness, she will be your inner light who will lead you out into the warm glow of her embrace.
Close your eyes, keep still, hear the birds singing... in that stillness of peace, you will feel her touch, hear her whispering... that she is just beside you, every single moment of your lives...
